Product description
Handmade in Scotland from genuine oak barrels used in the Scottish whisky industry, these Whisky Frames are the perfect gift for anyone with a love for Scotland s national drink. Beautifully rustic, they even have a dash of authentic Harris Tweed which serves as a backdrop for your favourite photograph.
The frames come in three types:
Chime - made from the extension of the barrel staves beyond the head of the cask. Holds a 4x6 picture in freestanding portrait format. Ring - identical to the Chime, but with a steel hoop below the photo window. Holds a 4x6 picture in freestanding portrait format. Bilge - made from the central area of the whisky cask, the Bilge has a characteristic bulge and can be wall-mounted or freestanding in portrait or landscape format. Holds a 4x6 photo.
As they are individually made from weathered reclaimed whisky casks, each frame is unique and specially numbered so you can trace the origin of the specific barrel it came from.
