Occasionally, in unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary for us to substitute an item - in this situation the item will be of equal or greater value to that which it replaces.

All of our hampers are hand packed.

The parcel will need a signature upon receipt, please ensure there is someone present at the delivery address to provide this.

CORPORATE & DIETARY HAMPERS
We are happy to accommodate orders for corporate hampers, working closely with organisations including Savills Estate Agents to meet their specific needs. We can also adjust the contents of our hampers to make them non-alcoholic, vegetarian or even vegan if dietary restrictions are an issue. DELIVERY INFORMATION
To ensure delivery of our popular hampers in time for Christmas we ask that you kindly order as early as possible. By 11am on the 19th of December for UK next day delivery. However if you miss these dates we will try our best to help! When filling in the order form please include your required despatch date and a gift message for the recipient. Delivery to any UK address 9.95 for a 24 hour delivery service.

For all hamper deliveries the addressee of the parcel must be available to provide a signature when the delivery is made. On occasion it may be necessary to substitute items that are not available with alternative products; these will always be of the same value.
