The negronetto is the flagship product of Negroni, who were established in Cremona in 1907 and are one of the best known brands of charcuterie in Italy. Paolo Negroni, son of company’s founder Pietro, created a pocket-size salami to bypass a ban imposed by France on the tasting of salamis at a local fair in Nice. The negronetto is a mouth-wateringly fragrant sausage which is made from pure Italian pork meat, that has been carefully selected and minced into a lovely medium grain.
Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
