Crafted from a superb Scottish-woven estate tweed, our Scottish Saxony tweed Hereford cap will make a superb impression on and off the hills.
Also known as a flat cap, the Hereford has a small reinforced brim to the front, with the crown sewn on for the classic country appearance. A longer back ensures a cosy head. Using tweed from one of Scotland's few woollen mills, this cap is also hand-made in Britain. A satin lining finishes the piece to perfection.

About Tweed
Tweed's humble beginnings reach back to the early 19th century when it was first hand-woven in Scotland as warm, durable work wear for crofters. When the nobility of the British Isles stayed in Scotland they adopted tweed, wearing it on their grand Highland estates, particularly for country sports. With traditional designs including checks, herringbones and barleycorns, tweed has become an icon of British and Scottish style.
