I give 5 stars to the House of Bruar. I am extremely happy with the overall experience when shopping online with the Company; the experience continues to be a positive one. The website is easy to navigate; the products are of high quality; Customer Service is excellent, with helpful professional staff available to answer any queries.
I have bought many products over the last few years and recently purchased two items of clothing and received them, as always, in a safe and timely manner.

Always delighted by my online purchases from House of Bruar. The hard thing is resisting temptation. Excellent customer service. Prompt delightful packaging reusable in the rare event of returning a garment. Best quality materials-excellent choice always. Excellent customer service staff always helpful on the telephone when I've rung

I ordered two tops, they were delivered promptly. They were too large so I sent them both back and requested an exchange for one and a refund for the other. My refund was processed really quickly and the alternative received within a couple of days. Delighted with the prompt service.

I have only high praise for The House of Bruar. I first purchased online in 2014 and was so delighted with my purchase that in 2015 when we made a trip to the UK I made it a priority to visit the store. I was ‘blown away’ not only by the size of the shop but the incredible variety and range of products. Ever since I have been a regular online shopper and everything I have purchased has arrived beautiful packaged and I have always been 100% satisfied.
Just one further thing I want to add, the Customer Service team need to be congratulated on their service.

I recently purchased a tweed cap and socks (a house tweed) as I find the colours just fabulous.
It is an item of quality and beauty, and one that I will adorn with relish and satisfaction.
The communications from point of purchase to delivery were excellent. Likewise, the packaging and delivery was also a high standard. The website is the next best thing than actually visiting the House of Bruar, which I can also highly recommend, if only for a meal and drink.

I find the clothes I have bought from you good quality, and well made especially your tweed skirts and woollens and good value. To find the type of clothes you produce elsewhere is very difficult!

Have only recently discovered House of Bruar but found they have a fantastic range of products, the ordering was quick and easy. If items are out of stock there is a useful date guideline when they should be available. I had a query on the Sunday afternoon and a pleasant young lady responded quickly and sorted everything out.
