Gilt metal relief dial with enamel number cartouches above a signed enamel maker's plaque LE FAUCHEUR A PARIS, in a Boulle inlaid case with waisted sides surmounted by a seated figure of a youth, and a glazed door with a figure of a boy and a dog flanked by female busts and raised on foliate scroll feet; the backplate engraved with the maker's name, enclosing a movement with anchor escapement, outside count wheel, and bell strike; together with an ogee shaped Boulle marquetry bracket with female masks to the corners.
