Standard Service
Two day delivery from dispatch date charged at a flat rate of £4.95 using the Royal Mail. Please note: this service is not available for food or hamper orders.
*Food and Hamper Orders
All food is sent by an express delivery service at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
Please note: It is not possible to order Food Hall items and clothes or gift products together. Please place a separate order for Food Hall products. There is a minimum order value of £50 for all Food Hall purchases.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.95 using Royal Mail or Parcelforce signed for services. Orders received before 12.00pm Monday-Thursday will be processed that day and delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 12.00pm will be processed on the next working day, so the item will be delivered two working days after the order is placed. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed and despatched on Monday, and delivered on Tuesday.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery can be arranged for orders (excluding food and hamper orders) placed before midday on a Friday. This service is charged at £12. To arrange Saturday delivery, please call us on 01796 483236 and ask for the Mail Order Department.
International Delivery
Free delivery options are available for most countries on our website.
Express delivery and other delivery options will be calculated at checkout online.
All prices quoted online are inclusive of tax and duties, so there will be no additional charges.
Whisky and Gallery Items Over £500
Whisky items over £500 in value are sent using a special enhanced compensation postal service at a cost of £15.00, and for whiskies over £2,500 and Gallery items over £500 we use a specialist delivery company to ensure the safety of your purchase at a rate of £150.00.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic drinks can be purchased from this website for delivery only within the United Kingdom. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you confirm that if you are purchasing alcohol you are of at least the minimum legal age required to purchase and consume alcohol. In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence for any person in the United Kingdom under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £5,000. It is also an offence for persons under 16 years of age to buy liqueur chocolates.
Overseas Delivery of Gallery Items
Due to the fragile nature of many of our gallery items, we cannot ship them overseas through our website using standard postage options. However, if you contact the Gallery on 01796 483 236, we will be happy to discuss a bespoke shipping option to suit your needs.
